10 Awesome Mac Applications
In this post we are going to tell you our 10 favourite mac apps for web design & development, some are free some need to be bought but all are well worth it. So at least go get a trial and it would be great if you could comment with any mac apps you use.
1. Coda
Coda, in my eyes is the best application for web design on the mac, it does everything; Code view, Site management, Preview, Easy text replacement and even books on HTML, CSS & PHP included in the program.
2. xScope
xScope is a very nifty little tool for measuring sizes of margins, padding, widths etc. To fully appreciate it you have to use it yourself it has saved me hours of time and I have only been using it a month now.

3. MAMP
MAMP stands for: Macintosh, Apache, Mysql and PHP. With just a few mouse-clicks, you can install Apache, PHP and MySQL for Mac OS X!

4. CSSEdit
CSSEdit allows you to edit the css of any website on/offline.

5. TextMate
TextMate is a great editor and I highly recommend it.

6. ColourMod
ColourMod is a nice dashboard widget which allows you to get the hex for any colour easily.

7. CyberDuck
CyberDuck is a great FTP which is fast and reliable.

8. MarsEdit
MarsEdit allows you to blog without being obn a browser it can speed up the process and make it a lot simpler.

9. CoRD
CoRD is a Mac OS X remote desktop client for Microsoft Windows servers using the rdp protocol. It is easy to use, fast, and free for anyone to use or modify.

10. Adium
Adium is a free instant messaging application for Mac OS X that can connect to AIM, MSN, Jabber, Yahoo, and more.
