Excellent tutorial. Clean and simple – a fantastic starting point. I like the inclusion of a reset too. So many people don’t do that, and then when something looks different on 2 or 3 different browsers they go crazy trying to fix it.

Another quick way to get started is with an automated service. They’ll take the PSD file, and generate almost all of the code for you. This one generates tons of comments so you can pick up where it left off (if you need it): http://psd2cssonline.com
