Thanks for featuring our twitter avatar – I would agree that it isn’t as beautiful as some of the illustrated avatars you have there, but we wanted it to be distinctive so people would recognise us.

I can´t really see whats so creative about most of these Avatars, the majority look like clipart. I wouldn´t follow a single one of them if my decision to follow were based on the Avatar alone…

I consider mine to be better than all those, if you had gravatars enabled you would be able to see it…

I agree with James. Whilst some of these are good logos, they’re hardly creative Twitter avatars, they’re mostly the logos that each company uses, which in my opinion doesn’t make it a good Twitter avatar, for it to be creative it needs to be different and have something associated with Twitter on it.

How is the Associated Press logo a creative avatar? It’s just the logo.. the same logo that they’ve had for years and years.
